As a small, independently owned author business, every purchase directly supports my work, and I sincerely appreciate your support.
Due to the costs associated with processing payments, transaction fees, print-on-demand, and fulfilling orders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that sometimes issues arise. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us. We are always happy to discuss your concerns and work with you toward a fair and reasonable resolution.
We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and appreciate the opportunity to make things right whenever possible.
